**TIME CHANGE, Jan. 31st, 2013**



Change the time in the following sentence by the replacing the word “today” with another  time clue.

Today we are taking the children to see the Black History exhibit at the mall. It is open between 10 AM and 9 PM; the children are already excited and are looking forward to learning more about this aspect of history.

Each student should use a different time clue and verb tense.

YOSUA:yes, but can you keep to the future with 'going to'?
PEGGY: Good--if Yosua hadn't used "will" you could have been more consistent in that usage:-)

The children had already been excited and had been looking forward to learn more about this aspect of history before we even took them to see the Black History exhibit at the mall, which was open between 10 AM and 9 PM.

Last week we took the children to see the Black History exhibit at the mall. It opened between 8 AM and 7 PM; the children were excited and looked forward to learn more about this aspect of history.
