**TIME CHANGE, June 4th, 2013**



Change the time (verb tense) in the following sentence; replace any time clue words as necessary.

Last year, we visited our son and his family for Father’s Day; it was worth the long drive to see them, we spent an interesting time visiting places along the way, and both son and father were happy to spend some time together.

We are going to visit our son and his family on Father’s Day; it will be worth the long drive to see them, we plan to spend time to visit interesting places along the way; and I expect both son and father will be happy to spend some time together.
