*ACTIVE vs. PASSIVE*

Write two sentences using the verb fling.

In the first sentence, use the word in the active voice; in the second sentence, use it in the passive voice.

1) Henry used his right arm to fling the dart towards the dart board.
2) The dart was flung by Henry.

You formed the passive construction correctly in the second sentence.

But the infinitive ("to fling") is not actually a verb, so your first sentence is technically not correct.

Perhaps you could say something like "Henry flung the dart towards the dartboard with his right hand."
