*TIME CHANGE*

Change the time in the following sentences by using a different verb tense and replacing any necessary time clues. Each student should choose a different verb tense.

Ever since you started your new job, you have shown more confidence and enthusiasm; and I have noticed that you have made a lot of new friends.

When you'll start your new job, you will show more confidence and enthusiasm; and I will notice that you'll make a lot of new friends.

Good try, Julie. But in this case, "when" implies future, so you don't need to use "will", and the issue of new friends needs to be in the perfect tense:

When you start your new job, you will show more confidence and enthusiasm, and I will notice that you have made a lot of new friends.
