Sentence 1. Add a phrase I have many plans for the New Year, for example to finish English.
Sentence 2. Add a dependent clause I have many plans for the New Year, because it includes traveling to Cuba.
Sentence 3. Add an independent clause I have many plans for New Year and I hope to achieve all of them.

Well done, Leah!

Good try, Angel. But I'm not sure that the conjunction ("because") in your second sentence makes sense. Also, the pronoun ("it") should be plural ("they") to match "plans".
