*GRAMMAR QUESTION*

Correct the errors in the following sentence:

Its important that we are on time for todays meeting on affective marketing techniques so please be picking Bryan and I up prompt at 8 am avoiding the trouble with the boss.

I'm not sure if a.m. should be lower case or capitalized. References online say it may be either, as long as you keep it consistent. Could you, please, confirm?

Olena, either is fine. But if you use the lower case, you need to add the periods (as you have). If you use the upper case, the periods are less important (and I prefer not to insert them).
