IDIOMS

There are three idioms that use the word fruit:

Watch this video, and then write a sentence that uses one (or more) of these three idioms.

Try not to use the same idiom as the other participants.

Many of the members of the union started to go bananas when they heard about the contract settlement with the huge pay raise.

It was a case of sour grapes for the fans when the local hockey team was eliminated from the playoffs in four straight games.

Entering into this years promotion process at work gave me a second bite of the cherry.
