While I will be going to a concert tomorrow, I will also be planning what to do to celebrate my friend's birthday.
While I'm gone to a concert right now, I am also planning what to do to celebrate my friend’s birthday.
Not Bad! But "I'm gone to a concert right now" sounds a little odd to me...
