**SENTENCE COMBINATION, April 18th, 2013**

Learning to combine ideas into more complex sentences is an important skill in writing. There are many ways to do this--many possible bonus points! Try to combine the following three sentences.

Sentence 1: Many people in Canada are looking forward to spring.
Sentence 2: Spring is particularly appreciated in such a cold country where most people experience a very long winter.
Sentence 3: This winter has seemed longer than most with snow still on the ground in many parts of the country.

PEGGY:Excellent sentence:-)
KENNETH:Almost--think about punctuation and clause order (things that make sense together should go together).
