1. Add a phrase= Every spring, April showers bring May flowers.
2. Add a dependent clause= April showers bring May flowers until the rain turns back into snow for the last half of May.
3. Add an independent clause= April showers bring May flowers and the bugs begin to emerge from the depths of the Earth.
