When you arrived at the airport last week, you did not call me to pick you up nor to take you to your hotel.
Good try, Annie. But I don't think you needed to make as many changes as you did. Consider the following:"When you arrived at the airport last week, you should have given me a call so I could pick you up and take you to your hotel." Also, when you use the word "not" you usually can't say "nor"; use "or" instead.
